SCS Construction Services has completed the transformation of the old Circuit City building in Westwood to the new training facility for electrician apprentices. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 212 and the National Electrical Contractors Association Cincinnati Chapter formed a new training center in the old Circuit City building in Westwood. This new space will be used for hands-on training and classes for apprentices in the electrical field.
